What is your role at BlueHornet?
I am responsible for BlueHornet’s entire direct client portfolio, ensuring our customers experience growth and success with us. Numbers are my best friend : )
What is your favorite part of your job?
I have worked with so many incredible brands over the last four and a half years at BlueHornet and gained a unique perspective on the ins and outs of email from just about every vertical. Every day our team helps customers’ with their pain points, strategizing innovative ways to take their programs to new heights, and partnering with them to achieve their goals. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves and solving very technical and strategic problems for our customers. Seeing the impact email has on revenue is the best reward.
What about email gets you pumped?
Of all the digital channels, email really allows you to speak to your audience the right way, at the right time, with the most impactful message. Its influence on the customer journey, and ultimately lifetime value, is incredible. Oh, and I love squashing those “email is dead” rumors when we see the performance of our customers’ programs.
How many years have you been coaching at Sherpa?
This will be my second year — and its something I look forward to.
What do you look forward to the most when meeting 1:1 with attendees?
I am looking forward to solving problems by combining learnings, findings, and key trends from the past year. Email is forever changing, as is what works and what doesn’t for our customers. I can’t wait to see if some of the attendees are experiencing the same challenges!
