Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator is responsible for critical support and execution of client programs, internal deliverables and the Account Management team’s goals and objectives.  This position contributes significantly to the growth and overall delivery satisfaction of BlueHornet’s clients.  The Account Coordinator plays a critical role in the overall success and reputation of the business and operates as a primary connection between the company and its top clients.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure total customer delivery satisfaction
  • Look for, strategize and execute on key revenue opportunities (both new and growth)
  • Use relationship management skills to proactively build rapport and anticipate client needs
  • Use verbal and written communication skills to articulate effective messaging
  • Drive feature and service adoption through strategic consultative positioning techniques and practices
  • Create and support presenting of professional presentations and custom customer performance reporting
  • Multi-task between assignments and client teams, based on delivery date, priority and organization needs
  • Communicate client needs, expectations and emerging trends to internal teams
  • Will be expected to routinely monitoring for customer communication/issues, internal needs and response during non-business hours, weekends and holidays
  • Troubleshoot, develop new, creative, out of the box solutions to everyday challenges; including, system related, HTML coding, deliverability, email and digital marketing strategy, as well as approaches to overall relationship management
  • 5% travel will be required

Experience/Knowledge/Skills

  • 3-5 years’ experience in business, relationship management, sales-marketing or related field
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Technical aptitude needed, as well as history of SAAS platform usage, email service provider platform usage a plus
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to build and maintain positive, productive working relationships
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Education

  • HS Diploma and some college work
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
