BlueHornet is seeking an exceptionally talented and driven email marketer to create and execute our B2B email programs. This role will be responsible for ensuring BlueHornet stays on the cutting edge of email innovation and will implement email best practices, developing and implementing strategic programs to increase acquisition, improve engagement and conversion, and nurture leads through the customer journey.
The Email Marketing Manager will also leverage their email expertise to assist with the development of content including blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, and the like for our content marketing campaigns. In addition, this role will own and execute BlueHornet’s social media program, fully leveraging social to drive brand awareness and lead generation through our social channels.
You’re a self-starter with deep technical expertise and a well-developed understanding of how to optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions. You enjoy implementing ideas for improving email performance, can craft compelling messages and create emails that stand out in the inbox through effective subject lines, copy and creative. You love measuring your work and believe in the process of iterating on metrics to create ever-greater success.

Most recently, Mike was group vice president at Acxiom Corporation; prior to that, he worked for Trilogy, J.D. Power and Associates, Deloitte Consulting and Ford Motor Company.

Chris joined the BlueHornet account management team in 2007 and leverages his 12 years of sales and marketing experience to create service models and marketing strategies to support our clients’ email marketing success. He leads all of our client-facing service teams including Account Management, Training and Education, Deliverability Management, Strategy and Professional Services.

Bill is responsible for BlueHornet’s global growth strategy, including all direct and channel sales. He is a sales leader with over 12 years’ experience building and managing high-performance teams. Prior, Bill was at The Active Network where he led the Brands Sales team selling integrated marketing programs. Previously, he was part of the Marketing Intelligence group at Harte-Hanks.
VP of Technology & Development
Prior to joining the BlueHornet team, Tim served as a senior director of development at Digital River. There he helped grow the company from a $50 million market cap to more than a $1 billion market cap, even as the dotcom bubble was bursting. Tim guides the technology team in the maintenance of enterprise-level, SOX-compliant hardware in fully redundant data centers, and directs the team in developing new features including remote commerce segmentation and enhanced reporting.
