Mike leads BlueHornet’s global strategy, sales and marketing, product management, technology and operations functions. Throughout his career, Mike has created unique value propositions for customers through a variety of technology, data and service offerings. Most recently, Mike was group vice president at Acxiom Corporation; prior to that, he worked for Trilogy, J.D. Power and Associates, Deloitte Consulting and Ford Motor Company.
Claire is responsible for executive oversight of finance, accounting and risk management. She brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience, including senior positions in the publishing, software, analytics, semiconductor, digital media, specialty retail, resort and telecommunications industries. Before joining BlueHornet, Claire served as CFO and COO of Covario. Prior, she was CFO of Visual Sciences (formerly WebSideStory), where she was instrumental in managing its successful acquisition by Omniture, Inc.
Ulf is responsible for developing and implementing BlueHornet’s innovative product vision to ensure our unique value proposition delivers maximum ROI to our customers. He has 15 years' experience creating, implementing and positioning complex technology products. Prior to joining BlueHornet, Ulf held executive positions at Opera Software, Starscriber and VerifiR, and served as a management consultant at KPMG Consulting and MM1 Consulting.
VP, Technology and Development
Tim guides the technology team in the maintenance of enterprise-level, SOX-compliant hardware in fully redundant data centers, and directs the development of new product features. Prior to joining the BlueHornet team, Tim served as a senior director of development at Digital River. There he helped grow the company from a $50 million market cap to more than a $1 billion market cap.
VP, Customer Success
Chris joined the BlueHornet account management team in 2007 and leverages his 12 years of sales and marketing experience to create service models and marketing strategies to support our customer's email marketing success. He leads our client-facing service teams including Account Management, Education, Deliverability Management, Strategy and Professional Services.
Kim is responsible for marketing strategy, demand generation and branding initiatives. She brings more 20 years marketing experience in start-up to Fortune 25 environments in retail, SaaS, med device and healthcare, including Target and UnitedHealth Group.
Bill is responsible for BlueHornet’s global growth strategy, including direct and channel sales. He brings over 12 years’ experience building and managing high-performance selling teams. Prior, Bill was at The Active Network where he led the Brands Sales team selling integrated marketing programs. Previously, he was part of the Marketing Intelligence group at Harte-Hanks.

Claudia oversees talent acquisition and development, compensation, organizational planning and design, leader effectiveness, and sustaining a diverse culture that keeps our employees engaged. Prior to BlueHornet, Claudia spent 9 years in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry as a Human Capital strategic business advisor. Her most recent position was HR Business Partner for Enterprise Technology Services at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta, GA.
