BlueHornet Introduces Vice President of Client Services

BlueHornet Networks, Inc. announced the addition of Kathleen Waldvogel to the team as the company’s vice president of client services. Over the past eight years, Kathleen has been involved in enterprise software solutions and consulting services for banks, insurance companies, subscription and retail businesses.

Kathleen’s newly created role is designed to align the specialized services provided by BlueHornet and build upon the company’s history of being a client-driven, service-centric organization.

Before joining BlueHornet, Kathleen was vice president of global finance services and retail practices for TouchCommerce, a conversion optimization solution, where she was responsible for strategy and client relationship management for the financial services and retail industries. Her past experience includes working closely with enterprise brands such as MetLife, 24Hour Fitness, Guthy-Renker, Citizens Bank, New York Life, RBC Bank and LifeLock.

In addition to oversight of the BlueHornet account management team, Kathleen will lead the professional services, user education, customer support, and deliverability management services teams.

Kathleen is a recognized thought leader who has spoken at industry events and company webinars, sharing industry best practices and practical strategies for improving website performance and driving revenue through interactive marketing efforts.
