House of Blues wanted a custom developed email solution that
would allow HOB corporate to manage email campaigns for the
hundreds of shows that they organize each year. House of Blues
corporate needed an automated solution that would allow their
local markets to launch email campaigns to their local subscriber
base, but allow HOB corporate to review and approve the campaign
before sending. They also needed a solution that would not
only replace their internal system, which had been used for
years, but a solution that would catapult them to the next
level of email marketing services.
House of Blues turned to BlueHornet for development of this
solution. BH built a system using the "HOB Wish List"
and integrated those wishes into many existing features that
BlueHornet had already created. BlueHornet spent countless
hours honing this wish list with HOB to ensure that the final
product was something that would not only meet the current
needs of HOB, but prepare them for the years to come. This
system was built modularly so that HOB can add new "wish
list" items to this ever-growing email-marketing product
in the future.
House of Blues has not only rolled out this solution at the
corporate level, but also it has been implemented in every
local United States market for HOB. The feedback from the
local marketing directors has been phenomenal. HOB has enjoyed
incredible success and is already looking to add additional
"wish list" features in the upcoming fiscal year.
