While TGIF was happy with its Gold Points Program, the company
wanted new methods of collecting customer information, recruiting
members and sending personalized emails. BlueHornet's goal
was to help TGIF gather customer information more efficiently,
and then improve communications with them.
BlueHornet met the challenge by:
- Providing a customized system that plugged
right into TGIF's existing database, thereby taking their
Gold Points program to a new level.
- Creating and integrating a survey page
for TGIF's website, enabling the company to effectively
collect and sort customer information.
Prior to consulting BlueHornet, TGIF had no email marketing
program. Now approximately 800,000 emails are sent each month.
