Gerry Widmer
VP, Client Services and Operations
Gerry is co-leader of Digital River's BlueHornet division. His day-to-day responsibility lies in ensuring BlueHornet directs its resources to retain and grow the client base through exceptional services and products. Gerry's specific responsibilities include overseeing and directing the account services department, product development and technical development teams. Gerry brings over 18 years of global account management experience to BlueHornet. Before joining the team, he served as director of strategic planning for Active Marketing Group. He also managed major global accounts for full-service advertising agency VITROROBERTSON, including Qualcomm, ASICS, Oakley and Cobra Golf. |

Susan Tull
VP, Marketing
Susan Tull is co-leader of Digital River's BlueHornet division. In addition managing the business alongside Gerry Widmer, Susan heads up the organization's acquisition, retention, brand, and product marketing strategies. She also oversees the experts responsible for many of BlueHornet's professional service operations, including the company's creative agency and the SureSend™ deliverability management group. She has been with BlueHornet since 2004.
Susan brings nearly a decade of email-specific experience to the team. In addition to tenure on the "client side" as an email marketer, prior to joining BlueHornet Susan served as principal for a successful marketing consulting company. She has executed campaigns for global brands like GE, Aramark, Sodexo, and Sunkist that have been translated into Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese. Her work has also appeared in publications as diverse as Psychology Today, FoodSafety, and ClickZ. Susan holds a Master of Arts degree from Old Dominion University. |

RJ Stephens
VP, Sales
RJ has over 19 years of Sales and Marketing experience with a focus in the SaaS technology space for the past eight years. As one of the first employees at Kintera, he helped grow the company through direct sales, sales management & strategy, and strategic partnerships. RJ's efforts helped Kintera to grow to 500+ employees and a profitable public offering. RJ has also been a sales leader in the fields of web analytics, CRM, CMS, data visualization and integration, and large-scale email platforms. His success stems from his constant focus on helping companies leverage technology and data to build stronger relationships with their customers and prospects. RJ holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois. |

Timothy Lograsso
Director, Technology & Development
In his 12 years of experience, Timothy Lograsso has seen it all -- new product development, scalability, performance tuning, and more. Prior to joining the BlueHornet team, he learned valuable lessons and best practices as a senior director of development at Digital River. At DR, Tim helped grow the company from a $50 million market cap to more than a $1 billion market cap, even as the dotcom bubble was bursting. The experience taught him to seek value in all technology investments.
He joined the BlueHornet team in 2006 and guides the technology team in the maintenance of enterprise-level, SOX-compliant hardware in fully redundant data centers, and helps direct the team in the development of exciting new features like remote commerce segmentation and enhanced reporting. |
